American experts on the recruiting process will walk players and coaches thru scholarship process and what it takes to play in the NCAA.
• Position specific instruction will emphasize fundamentals
• Classroom instruction will precede field instruction to maximize field time effectiveness
• Coaches will be permitted to observe all player classroom and field instruction
PHASE #1
Combine Overview Classroom Presentation:
Combine prep: How to prepare for the combine? What are the combine tests? What do they measure? How do you evaluate performance?
PHASE #2
Speed School –(COMBINE Prep WALK-Thru)
During phase two of the program each player will participate in a on field prep session. Players will be trained on how to perform at a high level for each individual combine test by speed trainer experts.
PHASE #3
Combine:
Zybek Sports, the company that conducts the NFL Combine testing, will test the players in five areas- Short Shuttle, 3 Cone, 40 yard dash, Vertical Jump and Broad Jump.
Players will receive the data on their performance and instruction on how to improve their measurements in order to attend a college or high school in the United States of America.
Note: This is a no helmet / pad camp

The most important part of the recruiting process is DATA!!!!
Data is absolutely essential to NCAA recruiting and player evaluation. During this presentation attendees will learn about the NCAA standards needed to play college football topics include:
Combine testing, Statistics, Bio-metrics, and NCAA initial academic eligibility standard.
During this presentation participants will learn the four elements of the Sound Mind Sound Body combine. Participants will receive instruction on how to achieve optimal performance in the 40 yard dash, short shuttle, broad jump and 3 cone drill.
Preparation is essential to performance.
During this on the field session participants will WALK thru the actual combine. Instead of doing combine testing first, participants will practice the 40 yard dash, broad jump, short shuttle and 3 cone drill. Each student will practice each combine test and receive instructional tips on how to improve in each test.
All participants will be prepared for testing after attending each of the prior sessions.
After testing is completed all participants will receive the results of their performance to be used for recruiting.
